Just had a thought, I heard a story about a Toby Keith concert how he did the normal asking where everybody was from and then asked if there were any Canadians in attendance to which he said to them F@#k you. Now there's a guy that obviously has an axe to grind.
Lost a lot of respect for HIM but wouldn't direct it towards the rest of the country. Wonder if it was an incedent such as this that formed the original opinion of this thread?

Personally I have met far more Canadians with a closed minded dislike of Americans than the other way around . In general people are the same everywhere except maybe Qbec where they are better than any english speaking person .

My two times vacationing in Canada (not counting the times i visited there as a kid) were to the Maritimes, and to BC. so i got both coasts, and the folks i met were all fabulous!  the people in Cape Breton had the most hospitality that i have experienced almost anywhere!  and good fiddle music too! :violin:
