My neighborhood doesn't have many rules, which is probably a good thing. I have car parts in the driveway, my 72 Charger on a trailer in front of my house, a Duster behind the house and lots of other junk just laying around. The one rule they're pretty picky about is no sheds in front of the house. My garage is pretty cram packed right now so I can barely fit the Challenger in, let alone the Challenger and the Cuda when I get it back, so I need some storage for heavy stuff that I use in the garage, but don't want to store there like my picker, wheel ramps, a couple of transmissions and other odds and ends.
I decided since I can have a shed I would build a cave on my driveway.
The plan is that when it's done it will look like a big rock with a removable door.
I did the frame out of 45 bucks worth of 3/8 rebar and I'll cover it with chicken wire and then fibreglass and either coat it in cement, or paint it to look like rock with gel coat and a few painting tricks I found on the internet.
My neighborhood is even ok with it since it's an ornament and not a shed.
