New Suspension settling

Ok here is some more information,

1) it has had a wheel alignment, from a very reputable shop
2) measurements are from the wheel lip through the center of the wheels

FL 25 1/4  FR 25 1/2  difference 1/4
RL 26 3/4  RR 27 1/2 difference  3/4

3) drives straight  no pulling in either direction

Questions:
1. is this a common issue with newly assembled suspensions ?
2. which torsion bar should I adjusted and how many turns should I start with?
    (not sure if I want to lower the right side  or raise the left side)

WOW,,thats a serious tilt..mine sits appx 1/2" lower on the drivers side than the passenger but its not on the ground yet to see the diff there and adjust the right front torsion bar..hope its not due to cheap steel in the drivers side spring.

Is any body corner weight balancing their car? After I complete my front suspension rebuild I will be on scales.

if the cars sits low now raise the low side , if it is high enough already lower the high side maybe 2 turns for 1/4

Ok, I did one turn to lower on the passenger side and 2 turns to raise on the drivers side car seemed to level off took it for a little drive (about 20-30 miles) holding it's stance my measurements are (from the ground to wheel lip through the center of the wheel):

FR 25 1/4     FL 25 1/2   
RR 27 1/2     RL 27 3/4

So only a 1/4 off looks good for now hopefully should hold:

Questions:
 
1) how long should I wait to get a new front end alignment?   
2) is a 1/4 difference acceptable

Not too bad but I'd play with it a bit more and get the drivers side up a little if anything to compensate for the drivers weight when in the car?

you also need to find someone who understands/ works on Mopars. When the front end is raised to adjust something it needs to settle back down before you try and align it. Really bounce the front end up and down to settle the suspension after an adjustment, or better yet take it for a short drive. And don't use the old bias ply tire alignment specs or it will drive/handle horrible!  Lots of caster 3degs if you can get it. 1/2 to 1 deg camber

got mine figured out too.... I decided to remove the lowering blocks and crank up the front....  all fender lip heights were spot on. Turned out to be the floor wasn`t flat.

Glad the floor was the case. I was scratching my head trying to come up with a scenario that had the car high on opposite corners! I was thinking, uh oh, either a frame or sheetmetal hanging issue (if quarters had been replaced).
