Missed my (car) anniversary
« on: April 08, 2013 - 08:16:15 AM »
A week ago yesterday (Mar31) was the first anniversary of getting my Challenger and entering the world of classic muscle cars. Since then some people think I've gotten a little obsessed. Can you imagine? My daughter says in keeping with the spirit of the Ford Clinic she's going to open the Mopar Clinic for the Automotively Insane! I'll let you know when the ribbon cutting is. You're all invited, bring your car.

Save a bed for me. I'm thinking the place will fill up fast.

So is the anniversary date the day you buy the car or the day it's delivered? Just curious since mine is this month.

For me it's the day I picked up the car and turned over the money. And I've been turning over money ever since!

For me those events are seperated by a few weeks which is why I posed the question.

So do we now call the garage the "dog house"?  :clueless:

It's only a thing a person and his/her car will only understand....  :grinyes:

For me the garage is dual purpose. A "Man Cave" when I'm working on the cuda.  :burnout: The "Dog House" when I provide a wrong answer to the wife.  :swear: :stomp:  :smilielol:
Either way works for me.  As long I'm with my girl...
