    I always say I'm going to go, but then just never get over there.  This year though I'm pretty sure we won't make it - I'm planning on meeting a friend for thursday dinner that I haven't seen since I moved out of that area!

    It all depends....but I would say between 7 PM to 8 PM they start breaking up.
