I believe you are thinking of the 426 crate for about 15K. These are factory new production SRT engines for about 7K

Here are some of the highlights of what you will need:

crate engine
engine operating system (ECU, custom harness, pedal, sensors, programmer)
hot rod oil pan
cold air box
front drive acc, AC Alt PS idlers tensioners
engine mounts
headers
EFI fuel system
radiator
flywheel or flex plate depending on transmission choice

We carry all these items along with the tech support for the build if you are doing the project yourself or your local shop is.
We also do the installs at our shop. There are so many variables that each quote must be done on an individual basis.

Thank You

8 out of 10 times I would agree with you on that. But then every once in a while I hear a bad ass one going down the road. There was a  white 392 challengers on Hawthorne road at mopar nats that was incredible. I keep you tubing different modern exhaust looking for the sound I like but having a difficult time cause I want the aar style exhaust

My guess the way things are going with Mopar Performance ,If you really want to have a aluminum hemi engine , block or parts ,I would do it soon before Mopar Performance decides to discontinue them. :2cents:
71 Cuda Gen III Aluminum 426 Hemi T56 6 speed 4.10 8.75 Modified & Lowered RMS coilover suspension Wilwood discs

Thats because prices changes every week from Mopar not everybody needs the exact same thing so we quote on an individual basis.
However all retail prices for the parts are listed on our site give us a call for packaged deals.

Thanks
