Imo a complete running chall should be worth 7K as the parts alone would be worth that , but there is nowhere near enough info , needs work means nothing , is all the sheet metal rotten , does it need the drivetrain and brakes completely rebuilt ? you could easily spend more then it is worth fixing problems with the car , ask a lot of questions , take a close look at it , maybe someone here lives near & can look at it with you .
