Junkyards with old cars - Eastern Ontario
« on: April 15, 2013 - 08:22:00 AM »
Hey Guys,

This is a long shot but I live in Ottawa ON and I am looking for a junkyard that would have some older cars in it I can go through and pick some peices from. Does anyone have a lead? I'm willing to drive a couple of hours in any direction (Quebec, Upstate NY)

Thanks.

National Moparts ( Nigel) is 30-45 minutes from me?  He has a medium sized scrap yard full of just old Mopars

Does he allow people to go into the junkyard and look?

IDK? I've never bought anything from him just know of him and driven by a few times. Give him a call and find out?

That sounds like a cool yard!

If you go, would be cool if you took some pics and posted them.  :grinyes:

No yards around where I live like that!  :(

If you go to National Moparts just introduce your self o Nigel first .
Great place and helpful.
Maybe look up satellite image of yard before driving out.

It's the yard with the three large buildings in a row.
