Poor man's Tuff wheel?

Yep . . .I believe had to drill a couple holes and 1 slot in the wheel to mount the horn button . . then it just mounts right on!   :beer:

that is correct wehad to drill 3 holes & tap them then cut a slot to locate the wheel

Anyone know where I can get the Tuff Wheel pad and horn???

Yeah, that would be awesome.  What do you figure they are worth???

Probably have to buy the whole steering wheel for the horn switch and then the cap probably 15 or 20 bucks for a decent one.  I don't know . . . 30 or 40 bucks tops I would think.   :dontknow:   As cheap as possible!

Nope, but i stripped all the paint off mine, looks 100% better imo
