Refinishing the panels with carbon fiber is easy, Detroit Muscle Technology sells the overlays on eBay. I have a set for an A body rallye dash, it's high quality stuff. You can easily install the overlays yourself, its a simple procedure.

The gauges are another matter. Do they need to be mechanically restored? If that's the case, it won't be cheap. I know Redline gauges does it, haven't used them myself though.

Seriously consider also converting the AMP gauge to a Left to Right Sweeping VOLT gauge.  Safer than an AMP gauge.

As mentioned, you can do the carbon fiber overlay yourself.  Here's some pics of mine.

I am also looking to have my Rallye Cluster rebuilt on my 73 'Cuda. The gauges do not work. I just installed a brand new Year One dash wiring harness and they still do not work. I am considering ordering from Year One or having Year One restore them. I also have been looking at Justdashes and Auto Instruments. I just haven't been able to pull the trigger until I hear from word of mouth for recommendation.

I will be delivering my Rallye instrument cluster components next week to Redline Gauge Works in Newhall, CA.  I live about 20 mins from them; heard and read mostly good feedback from satisfied customers, and got a quote a couple of months ago.  I posted about it here http://www.cuda-challenger.com/cc/index.php?topic=91034

I don't think Just Dashes does instrument cluster restorations.  They primarily "restore" dash caps and door panels, etc.  If they advertise that they do gauge cluster restoration, they're probably farming it out to someone else (probably Redline).  Although YO appears to be a vendor that sponsors this forum site, I always go somewhere else for parts/service.  Their restoration parts/services traditionally cost more $$$ than others.

Haven't dropped off the parts yet, but I plan on doing it tomorrow.  I'll be sure (as always with everything I do) to report back with results.

Rather than double post, I though it would be best to just give the link to my original post.  My update is at/near the bottom.  Enjoy.

Howdy, I seem to be having a few problems with my rallye guages too! I was involved with the flood here in R.I. a couple years ago and everything that I had in the basement got drowned, including my Cuda parts. the Instrument cluster suffered the worst, I fear. the tach, clock, fuel guage  all seem to have failed. They were working when I removed them back in 2004. Is there anyone locally to R.I I could get parts to repair them? I just got Miss Racheal on the road, took her out for the first ride since 1992! Managed to get the speedometer working, but would relly like to know the fuel situation, funny, but the old cliche, " She passes everything but a gas station" starting to bother me! Thanks for any input, guys/gals!
