out at the speedway...
« on: May 01, 2013 - 11:02:06 PM »
I took a cruise out to the speedway I work at tonight to see some cars out for practice. Took a couple of pictures out on the track. I left it in 1st gear and revved her up to about 5000 and ran around the track a few times. Sure sounded sweet at that rpm's!
Kinda hard to take pictures and drive at the same time so I had to settle for still shots with my phone.

NOW I know why you want that Posey front spolier! (and, now you have to save for a GoPro cam too!!). Start keeping your lap times too!

Okay, give it up...what were the laps times and how do they compare with your regular class records.

Brad, that must be Mosport. What's the deal? Do they have nights where anybody can do laps?

Barrie Speedway  http://www.barriespeedway.com/

I work there Saturday nights ( tech official) They do have king of the hill most nights during intermission but you would have to be nuts to enter a car you cared about!

Your car looks awesome Brad! I  know that is a huge thrill driving on the track. A few years ago, my car club sponsored a car show at Langley Speedway (circle track) and we got to drive our Mopars on the track. It was a blast getting up on the banks!!  :woo:
