Spotted one in the wild
« on: May 03, 2013 - 08:07:39 PM »
I've never seen an e body just out and about around by me (northeast Ohio).  See them at shows every now and then but this one was just sitting in a parking lot. So I pulled in and snapped a picture.

Looks like they had some trouble with that rear tire, but it's a really nice looking driver.
Does it belong to a member here?

It's good to see the wild beast in its natural habitat.

Yeah, I believe it was a 74.  It had the round tail lights and the large bumper guards.  It had the 360 hood call outs (in addition to the billboard) and I doubt many would swap a 360 into a 73.

What prompted your swap? :)  I like my 74's 360 but I know the 340s are more popular (and better stock performing).
