SO after spending 3 hours last night cleaning paint out of the LCA and UCA bushing holes, tapers and the ball joint threads, I find that one of the UCA bushing holes is slightly oversized adn the bushing just goes in by hand.
I fixed that, collapsed the hole a bit.
I go to mount the arm and it looks like it is bent. Its a 1/4 inch wider then the other...CRAP!!!!!
I do not think I can get it into position at all. I wonder it it bent trying to get the Ball joint out?
I have a spare arm so I can get the car back on the ground fro my upcoming move, but what a pain.
I also need to replace the K-fram, but I think I will wait untill after I move now.
At least the LCA poly bushings went in ok.
I think I may bite the bullet and by some tubular UCAs....at least they shoudl fit!!!
