Help Decoding some numbers from a NOOB

HI guys first off let me thank you in advance for any help you may be able to provide me. I just picked up what I am pretty sure to be a numbers matching car (drive train anyhow) but have some confusion on the transmission piece.  Since I was asking that question figured i may as well post all of what I found in case it can help someone here verify things a bit for me. 

BH23H3B458003  =  VIN

3B58003 = ENGINE PLATE ON PASS SIDE OF BLOCK

2780930 - 340   7  4 = CASTING NUMBER ON RIGHT SIDE OF BLOCK

3743102 - 5  73  =  TRANS CASTING NUMBER (THE ONE THAT IS THROWING ME A BIT AS I CANT SEEM TO FIND ANYTHING TO MATCH OUT THERE)

OTHER MISC NUMBERS = 1  19  73 = MANIFOLD CASTING #

Anything you guys can provide me would be MOST appreciated....

Only thing I can tell you is that you have a barracuda hardtop. Not to good with this BUT there are plenty of good people here who live and breath this stuff so I'm sure someone will tell you what you need to know.

Vin should be 13 characters. you have 14 and BH23H31 < ?  this 1 should be a letter B.   to many numbers 3458003

you are absolutely right and thank you for the heads us. Apparently my chicken scratch handwriting served me wrong again     this trans number has me thrown way off.
