I don't understand why this car hasn't sold yet. It seems like projects like this always come up when I have my hands full.

Not that I'm huge 70 Cuda fan....but I think it's priced at a point where I could finish the restoration and actually break even when I sell it.... :scared: That doesn't happen much these days....

Any opinion on what this car is worth done ? :dunno:

Allen (xs29j8),

How complete is this car? Are you selling it as a "roller" or does it include motor, trans, interior and glass?
Cheers!

Basically a complete car...  may be missing mostly minor parts, like some trim, bolts/screws, battery, belts, etc...  windshield glass may be missing also.

Engine - 1970 Hemi from WM23R0G167075, includes 1970 Hemi carbs

Transmission - correct dual mount 1970 - later 18 Spline 4 Speed

Interior - Dash Assy, Seats, Console, P/G Shifter setup (NOS), Door & Rear Panels (extremely nice set)

Exhaust - NOS H-Pipe, NOS Exhaust Tips, used exhaust manifolds, BITD Maremont (?) mufflers & resonators

Grille - NOS Grille & NOS Headlight Bezels, nice used parking light assemblies

Wheels - 15x7 Rallyes with (2) F60-15 RWLPGT & (2) H60-15 RWLPGT real Goodyear tires (not repros)

Misc NOS parts... Rallye clock,  Hockey Stripe decals, side marker reflectors, Etc

NOT JUST A "ROLLER"....

All that is included eh? This is starting to sound rather "tasty"!

What is that motor out of? A Coronet or something? Did it come with that or did you "introduce" it to the car?

OK, you said it has the A32(typo? I assume you intended to type A34) 4:10 STP in it. What else does the car have? From the pics I see Rallye gauges (A62), pwr brk booster (B51), center console mount brackets (C16) and a pwr steering box (S77). What else?

Got a build-sheet or fender tag for it? Got a fender tag read out?

This is sounding better with each post!
Cheers!

I am more than a bit surprised myself...  I priced it to sell quickly, and will put it on eBay very soon.  If it does not sell in the near future, I will have it assembled and then decide whether to keep it... worst case scenario is that I am stuck with a legendary MuscleCar recently honored by a USPS stamp which I was a consultant on... I can live with that outcome.  The price of $80K is firm, and will only go up as the assembly of the Hemi `Cuda restarts.

For anyone seriously interested, check out these three photo albums:

My guess is that folks have not jumped as fast because the motor and trans are not linked to the car.

Seems like a good price for it but I know the group of folks who have 80k lying around is rare.
1970 Cuda Clone 440 4 speed - sublime green
1970 Cuda 383 4 speed - yellow - SOLD

Don't see a fender tag on your car picks.  What happened to the tags?
