Moving to Atlanta, Ga area? Cool car guy house for sale.

Perfect car collectors house with enough space to park many toys. Enormous 30 X 30 detached garage is situated alongside a generous driveway with plenty of room to park your musclecar, boat, RV or trailer. Not your ordinary house either. It sits on top of a large 2 car garage with ample storage room for even more toys. When you get done from a long day playing with your toys, you can go upstairs and enjoy every inch this lovingly maintained house has to offer. A well planned, very large kitchen makes entertaining or casual dinners a delight. This wonderful 3 bed, 2 bath ranch with basement has something everyone… will love - a must see. $185K.

That one worked. Nice place, looks familiar for some reason? Bigger property would be nice.  Real-estate sure is cheaper there than in my hometown! :2thumbs:

From reading the title, I didn't know if it was...  ???

A cool car for sale...

A cool guy for sale...

or a cool house for sale...  :lol2:

But it is indeed a cool house. I love the trees and of course the man cave/s.

Thanks guys, please spread the word if you have any friends moving this way. I'll pay a $500 referral fee if someone you refer buys the house.

Nice, but my garage is still bigger 35'x 70'.  This is my garage at my house not an auto shop.  And it is quite full,   70 chall on rotisserie with many of the  parts in the attic.  And lots of stuff(junk) that you will never use or have a  need for, until you throw it out. I purchased this house from "Gary chopit.  Here's his web site,
www. chopitkustom.com    check it out.  The  walls that are white and "green" is my garage.

Yep, nice. Also your taxes are higher, your crime rate is higher and your gun laws are anti-Constitutional. Enjoy !

It's not how big your shop is, it's how you use it!

The funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realize it doesn't say anything it's to late to stop reading it.
