Free Challenger Rear Windshields

I have several windshields left over from the old days as a parts vendor. There are at least six (6) that are Challenger rear windshields including one SE (small). Two of the standard ones are "TINTED" . I wasn't taking a hard core inventory so will provide more info if anyone is interested. I will not give them all to one person. I want to help anybody on a low budget, not set up a dealer. Regional deals within my neck of the woods only because I don't want the hassle of shipping. There are Windshields for  a Duster (? yr.) and a '70 Chrysler "300 (Tinted)  as well as two '70 Road-Runner rear (clear) and a pair of '79 "300" door glasses.  Carrollton, Ky is locatioin of all.

I'll go check and get back to you real soon. I'm in the process of straightening out my garage and burried it under  a pile of stuff so bear with me for about a day I hope it is a "tinted" for both of us. I need the space>

OK - Good and bad news for two of ya'll. The SE rear glass is a clear. Maybe you could think about taking it anyway and getting it tinted. I'm doing that with my '70 B-cuda hardtop. The tint is #22 which matched the '03 PT Cruiser darker side glass. Starting to look like a Mafia staff car. Other tints are available but not as light as a factory '70 or '71 glass.

Now for the good. Two of the standard size rear glasses are tinted. So far - you're the only one expressing interest and I'm very serious about loosing them so at this time you can take your pick. Let me know if you want me to verify condition in regard to scratches, chips, etc. I will check date codes if necessary. Holler back soon and lets move on this.  Thanks for the responses guys !!!!!!

:cooldancing:Hey Katfish - got the two tinted ones out late yesterday and cleaned them up enough to see what we have. I think you'll be pleased with either one. No bad chips or scratches, etc for old O.E.M. windshields. I still haven't got into the date codes yet but I recognized one of them as being from a '70 I stripped for parts back in the '90s. In fact - the trunk floor was converted from Challenger to Barracuda and installed in my own car last summer. I still don't have the other info you ask about yet - holler back !!!!

At this point I have the original SE window in my car & it is a low milage car at 42k , I swapped in all tinted glass when I restored it 3 years ago but have not found the tinted rear glass & while I probably should take the spare window I am in a bind where I have lost all my storage & have nowhere safe to keep it anyway . So hopefully someone here with an SE can use it .

   Hey Steven,

 I'd be interested in a tinted one if they fit Barracudas 71 mine is all scratched up and I don't know if Challenger is interchangable with Barracuda even though they are E-Bodies; I know the windshield is interchangable. Thanks.
