Sorry to hear about your situation.  I'm interested in hearing about what Redline does and/or says about this.  I was fortunate to be able to pick up my cluster in person, and have Shannon perform a bench test on all instruments/gauges (while I watched).  Everything worked perfectly "on-the-bench".  I only hope that the same holds true when it's installed and running on the vehicle's electrical system.  It will be several months before I get to that point.

I talked with Johnny today ( who ever that is???) as was told Shannon is on vacation.  ::) He told me they run the clocks 24HRS before they ship. He recomended that I try and advance the time to see if that does it. Then recomended I tap on it. I said... you really want me to tap on it????  :22yikes: He says, well no not really. Any way I tried it again and played w the advance...... JACKZIPDIDDLY!!!  :stomp:  FEDEX just picked it up an hour ago.. doubt she'll be out till after the 4th of July...  :walkaway:

The needle on the crappolla meter is on the rise.. and BIGS being the patient, understanding guy that he is... DONT NEED THIS PITA!  :villagers: Stay tuned....

According to FEDEX tracking my cluster got to REDLINE Monday morning. I called late today because I didn't hear anything. I talked to Shannon and told him my conversation w Johnny. He told me when they tested the clock in my cluster it did NOT work, but when they took it out it worked.  :eek7: Then he told me they just swapped it out and it was on its way back already. Ok, I thought , cool, but it woulda been nice to know its on the way back right?

Not only "nice to know it's been shipped back", but even more importantly, for THEM to call YOU and report back their findings/fix before they shipped.  It really "grinds-my-gears" when I always have to be the one to pick up the phone, and check on the status of something.

Well that's just it............. I CALLED THEM.....  :dunno: And I have to call back tomorrow to get the tracking number. The thought of my cluster getting lost or damaged scares the crap outa me!  :scared:

well, I figured I would find one @ Carlisle but as usual one of our members comes to my rescue!   BRAD I could use 1 or 2 , I don't want the face plate rattling going down the road  THANK YOU if you got it, if not I'm sure I can find some there.

Dave, I'll post a follow up once I get it back in. The quality "looks" good, but I had it in one weekend and pulled it back out because of the clock. The BIG issue other than tearing the dash apart more than once is transit time. From here to there Wi - Ca is five days each way. I realize $hit happens (I am in the parts biz). So I wont hold REDLINE to it yet. But figure so far... 20 days just in transit times... summers half gone already.  I may have a few more thought s bout this by the weekend that we can talk about in person. Having the cluster recalibrated does make some other issues come to the forefront. For example my OP gauge always read really high, In the past I've changed sensors 3X. Still reads really HI. My HEMI is putting out 80 PSI??? And dropping to 60 when really warm, I find it hard to believe.
