Does this shifter/rods look correct for e-body?
« on: June 18, 2013 - 07:18:08 AM »
Hey guys,
I'm in search for a complete shifter and rods assy for my 71 Cuda. I've got a 440 with a 833. I found one and seeing the attached pics, do the rods look correct? They seem a little short from others I've seen. The reverse linkage doesn't seem correct. I'm still learning so I'm not sure. Wanted to get your thoughts.

Thank you,

Tom

rods are too short  the lever look worng too , most have double holes for the rods  .
the top of the shifter dog legs over towards the center too , more like a B Body application with console , just the wrong handle on it

Thank you both very much. When purchasing something from others, I like to be sure of what they are selling because sometimes they don't even know what they are selling.
This guy says it's for ebody, at least he said that's what he was told.

Thanks again guys.
