Hahaha, he's too busy pulling his hair out with clients or selling car parts! I can't wait to see the car black, its driving me crazy, and especially with Kevin painting it there, he's amazing.

Angus was one of the nicest people I ever met, it was like talking to your Grandpa. He was interested in my car build after he saw me hand him the glovebox door to sign. It's funny, there was ANOTHER guy in line with a glovebox door, I think he owned a 440/6 car maybe.

just curious did they weld the quarter to roof seam solid and then add filler? Or filler on top of the spot welds? Thanks

The car will be in primer in a couple of weeks, I will shoot the progress shots soon. In the meantime, here are a couple new shots of the HEMI, it's off to the Dyno soon! Also received my new TTI headers for it

What headers are those?

They look nice!

HADDIJX' , IN SOME CASES with a average quarter panel replacement they will recreate factory spot welds, then use filler.   If the cavity is deeper they will weld solid metal in then filler. They are welding it solid this time. Ive seen lines appear in the heat of the sun after perfect body work and welding was  done, I am a fan of welding it solid with a plate of metal. Then filler (I may not be explaining that perfectly, so I will correct it later)

The headers are TTI polished ceramic coated" a friend bought them new and never used them' I saved about $300 (for once) haha" I will run TTI full exhaust, Dynomax mufflers with turn downs. Yes turn downs! The P2 car has them, no cut outs in rear valence.

And now I need a drivers fender as well... Almost got away without needing one but there are too many small imperfections.

The 218C5
I've never owned TTI, but I only hear great things about them. I was going with stock all the way, but after reassurance from several people about the fit of these headers I decided to go with them.

They are a local company to me and their products are great quality.  I'm running two of their systems and fitment was spot on  :2thumbs:

I put a set of TTI polished ceramics with thermal barrier on my '71 Challenger and loved them.  TTI claims they knock the temp down 50+ degrees.

Are you going to have your car ready ? Maybe they'll want to use it at some premiers ?

Hoping to dyno it in the next couple of weeks. Then it will get shot HEMI Orange.
