833 - A833 4 speed
2943 - built August 18, 1969
0066 - Sequential number for that day's build.  66th built that day.

thanks so much for decoding the trans. i looked online for the system to decode the transmission and couldnt find anything. do you know where i can find this info to decode mopar parts?
