I would not recommend Sears, as the only way you can get replacement parts is through their call center. At least that's the case I had with a water heater that I purchased from them. Buy Name Brand. A.O. Smith. or some such. No independant dealer will want to work for you (selling parts - especially since they can't get them either) for cheaping out and buying a Sears Brand when it comes to replacement parts. I called about 17 different plumbers/suppliers, and they all laughed in my face. I ended up ordering a thermo coupler that should have been about $10 from any decent hardware store, from Sears at a cost of almost $70.00, and had to wait almost 3 weeks for it to be delivered. Same with ALL Craftsman tools when you need parts. Just buy a decent brand that you can get replacements for. Cold water for 3 weeks! LOL! REALLY? Only option in BFE center of nowhere. You get what you pay for here. ANYthing SEARS SUX. Here, anyway. NEVER SEARS AGAIN. ever.
