Saturday Lunch
« on: July 04, 2013 - 01:41:01 PM »
As Jeff and I are making our shopping list for this year's Saturday lunch, we wanted to let you know what's cooking!  We are planning on slow-cooked pulled pork BBQ sandwiches with a variety of sauces sure to please everyone's palate!  We will have coleslaw and baked beans for sides, homemade brownies for dessert and of course the 3rd annual ViperDen Brewery Carlisle beer!  We are so excited to cook for everyone again this year and hope to see you at the tent!

I'm new here so forgive me...But is this a "free for all" for all members or do you sell the meals ? Ask for donations ?

We are so excited to see everyone!  Jeff and I provide lunch for free on Saturday for club members and their families, you just have to show up!  Not sure exactly what time it will be but usually between 11 and 1!    :swaying:

And me as well.  I have to admit I kinda felt awkward just grabbing food (I'm not used to such generosity!) So if you guys need anything let me know.  I have extra folding chairs, an easy up I can bring to make the tent space bigger, extra food, whatever you think would help out.

But let me tell you, last years lunch was delicious and much appreciated!    :ylsuper:
Yes I own a 1972 Dodge Challenger Convertible T/A S/E with a 440 Six Pak. Can it get any more wrong?

I'll be pulling a wagon all day gathering parts for the next car, but I will fill a cooler full of cheese, peperoni and pickles for who ever wants it. I'll drop by around 10. Hope to meet you all!

Thanks everyone!  Donations are always appreciated but certainly not expected!  We love to cook/bake and it's a small way we can give back to the club for all that you do!  Jesus H Chrysler, anything you want to bring is great!  Chrisnj, we look forward to meeting you and thanks for the goodies!
