Tearing down a 318 and trying to figure out what`s worth saving for parts but the numbers don`t make sense. Crank is 2658393 which is 318 cast, rods are 3418645 which says 74-86 pressed pin 318 but they seem to be floating and engine is a `72 by the H code and 10/71 casting date. Damper is 3614369 which is 340 forged which also doesn't make sense unless b/c of the heavy duty rods (wider profile) they used the 340 damper? Seeing how the rods are the heavy duty they are worth saving and obviously the damper b/c of the 340 application-anything else worth anything?
