Thanks
Any idea on the name of the new hotel that shares the parking lot?
Do a google or bing street view and rotate around.  That is how I've found hotels after they changed names.

Last time I stayed at the Motel 6 right across the highway. It was half the price of the "group" hotel. Looks like their rooms are $61.99 a night for this weekend.
From the looks of the Bing map view, this area looks loaded with hotels or motels now.

Motel 6 Harrisburg - Hershey South #766

I just booked in at the club motel. I just thought I would consider my options? My thinking was if the other motel was close in price I would stay there as it's new. Last time I stayed at this motel I was not all that impressed , but I would much rather share good company than better room.  :2thumbs:

Besides I want to see if Don's and Tom's burnout marks are still there!  :roflsmiley:

I never go through those search sites. Some won't let you cancel within a week of your stay. They are in it for the money. Go right to the hotel's website and book there.

Ya I just got off the phone with the hotel directly.... got it for $99 a night with a CAA card ( same as AAA) and they don't charge till I arrive.  :2thumbs:
Makes me wonder how expedia stays in business? They were $10 a night more and charged my card now! :nono:

This is looking good with so much interest this far in advance.     :bananasmi

I just wonder if this make the club tent a little crowded next year? Like we may need a couple of annex tents?

I see the need for a larger "Vipermanland" flag as well. We'll need guards at the borders and everything. You know, to keep out
the ferd rifraf and all.  :smilielol:

Not if you phone the hotel directly or as some have said use the hotel website. I used expedia at first and they tried to charge the full amount till I canceled and rebooked with the hotel directly.
