Perhaps a couple of heat ranges hotter plugs in those rich cylinders?
Okay I swapped the valley pan and intake gaskets tonight - I would like to think I saw some oil where it shouldn't be but that would be hoping - It was near 10pm so I couldn't warm the car up and see if I solved anything - neighbours and all.
Anyways speaking of plugs. When I received my engine it had NGK BCPR6ES (stock # 2330) in it gapped to .035. I have been running this combo ever since. I check with Edelbrock and they suggest Champion RC12YC of which NGK has a bulletin stating do not use these plugs or the NGK equivelant.
NGK suggests R5672A-8 or -9 or -10 . Raceing stock #'s are 7173, 7405, 7942 respectively. I am thinking I might give the -8's a try as they look a little warmer - any thoughts as I get lost in all the plug specs.
Any concerns
