Looking for 70/71 Challenger/Cuda, $35-40K to spend
« on: July 23, 2013 - 01:46:01 AM »
hi guys,

A buddy of mine is looking for a 1970/71 Challenger or Cuda. Max. $ 40k.
Needs to have fendertag and/or buildsheet.
No clones or complete projects. Little work isn't a problem ofcourse.
No colorchanged cars. Doesn't have to be matching #, but needs to be fairly correct.
340/383/440 car, auto or 4-speed.
Looking for decent, nice car.

Sellers needs to be willing to ship ( at customer's expense ofcourse ) because my buddy lives in the Netherlands.
He is a decent guy, and has the money for the appropriate car.

thanks,
Marcel van Melis, the Netherlands

Hello. I am the original and only owner of a 70 Challenger R/T. The car is 383 magnum with automatic Ps,pb,Disk on front,Sure grip. It is green on green with a White vinyl top,and white Bumblebee stip.It has the S/E chrome trim package. The suspension driveline are all original. Also the seats and headline are original. This is a original owner numbers matching car. It was repainted in 1994 the original Dark Green metallic and a clear coat was added. I have all the paper work ,The order form and sales sheet. The car has 90,00 miles on it and is in excellent condition. I was thinking of $45.000 but we can talk. The car is in Ontario Canada. lorell@sympatico.ca

I may be willing to discuss a possible sale - this is a 1970 challenger R/T 440 4bbl w/dana -4:10  b7 blue 4 speed pistol grip that I have owned for almost 38 years , 59000 miles , its not perfect but it sure is correct and very close to a survivor  I don't think the top end at 40,000 would buy it  the   but we can talk .

Does he plan on personally inspecting it or having someone he trusts take a look?
