I always thought Mopars were rare because of low production numbers & didn't realize it was because we all hoard enough parts to outnumber all the Ford Mustangs built.   I'm like that with '69 & '70 Road Runner/GTX stuff but I got into E-Bodies too late. I'd really be broke if I stockpiled extra parts for a Barracuda.

Good to see I'm not alone. Sometimes I think " well I'd have a lot more space If I were to E-gag some of this stuff " but then I wouldn't have a spare.

I'm ever so guilty of the pack-rat syndrom.

I wouldn't want this to turn into a classified section, but no '68 stuff anyway. The things I do have a lot of, are spare front end parts like grilles, headlight bezels, valances & such for my 69 Satellite with the 70 GTX nose. There isn't too much I'd sell unless I didn't have the car anymore for some reason. The interesting part of having the extras, is that most were swap meet & junk yard finds from the early to mid 80's when you could find a grille for $15 & get it for $10. Now they're more than a paycheck.  :eekbig:

Being a pak rat is definitely hereditary. My Grandmother would save the string from a bakery box & my father would save nuts & bolts that were just "partially" stripped. I don't save those things myself, but I have a cardboard box fetish, you should see the attic.
