Looks to be a scam, I have seen other sites where they charge you a fee to bid or view. Take your 25-50 bucks and run. I don't like how they say pre claim value at 49500 and now its yours for 3950 with only odometer tampering. Amazing deal if true though

I don't like how the estimate that car to $49,500 cash value...
It's a BP and not exceptional in any way...

It probably is a scam.  I know most of the cars on that site are either complete wrecks or rebuilds.  When I initially saw it I though maybe it was a salvage title car or something that looked nice on the outside or was jacked underneath. 

I saw that appraisal after I posted on here and thought that was way to high to not be a BS car...  I'm leaning towards scam but if you could get it for that price and it was a salvage it would be an awfully nice parts car, or just something to drive without putting any money into it.
