Good question . . . Checked and I have nothing!  Doesn't light up and the dash light doesn't do anything either . . .

Everything that you're having problems with go through the turn signal switch and emergency flasher switch.
I have a spare that I plug in right under the column so I can test without taking off the wheel.  Try that and see if you get brake lights, then turn signals.

Do you get emergency flashers now?

everything but signals could be just the flasher unit , there are 2 1 for turn signals & 1 for hazards , the one you want shoul dbe clipped onto the ashtray not the pedal frame

Dave, follow the red flasher wire here with katfish's post above. a test light should light up. if not, follow it to your radio power wire. Test light should light up. If not. follow the black wire right to the fuse box. Does your radio work? Same fuse.

I've seen the contacts that touch the fuse have to be cleaned sometimes to get power. the fuse lights the test light but the side contacts do not.

If you still can't get it, I will fix it for you on Friday. I can fix anything electrical.

Yeah the radio works as does the dome light which I think runs off the same fuse . . . . But I think I ran a seperate power feed for the radio.    I will try to bring everything needed to pull the column apart and I figured it would be a good project for the show and YES  . . . I would love your help!  So who sells the flasher switch?  Someone at the Nationals I assume?

When you said this, did you mean a new turn signal switch or just a new flasher. Sounds like the switch is still good if you have emergency flashers and brake lights. Those all go through the switch.  Have you put a test light on the red wire yet?

Yeah it was just a new flasher " . No haven't done anything yet . . . Had softball tonight.   Just weird that a buddy of mine called me and said he was behind me and I only had 1 brake light . . . Then I get to where I am going and I have no brake lights.  Then I get to the show changed out some fuses just because and then I have both brake lights but still no turn signals.   So today I install a new flasher with no changes.   I did have turn signals not to long ago.   Emergency flashers work fine . . .

Get a new turn signal switch and bring it to the show. I think Chryco always says that you can still get it at a local auto parts store as a "standard" part. Also let me know if you need a wheel puller, so I can throw it in my tool box.

Here it is at Rock Auto, About $71 now.

But you have to check for power on the red wire, at the connector, before you buy anything. Also check for power at one of the terminals of the flasher.
