They do topcat the l bracket ties into the rear frame rail and attaches to the bottom bolt hole of the bumperette  flat stock with the hole goes on the inside of the bumper side so the bumperette bolt doesn't bend the bumper wish I had a pic but as you can see in pieces already

Here is the challenger version,  the barracuda is mostly the same (different shape for some parts)



13-68-12 is the L shaped bracket I think you are referring too

In the drawing, what is the unidentified piece that connects the rear frame rails called?  Is it available as a reproduction piece?
