Ok, so I'm relatively new to the muscle car scene as I'm just getting my first one here shortly. I know there's tons of ways to classify a classic car such as rotisserie restoration, frame off restoration, numbers matching etc... but I was wondering what actually classifies as a resto-mod? Is it an older car with a newer engine? When I say newer I mean, a 71 challenger with the hemi out of a 2012 challenger etc... Is it a restored car that just has new parts but they're still the same as what would have come from factory?? Just trying to catch up on some of the terms.
