Thanks for asking! The work that has come lately doesn't really show. I've rebuilt and reinstalled the heater box, installed the brake and clutch pedals and power booster and I am in the middle of rebuilding my dash. Tonight I'll be using a little Flitz to polish the lens and hopefully will put it in the dash assembly tomorrow along with the wiring harness. I've built a walk around stand for reassembling the dash then I'll be able to install it complete and spend as little time as possible on my back on the floor of the car. As soon as I get the dash in I'll have the front and rear glass installed and then put all of the body panels back on the car. Everything has been sanded with 1200 grit as soon as the car is back together we'll wet sand again with 2500 grit and polish. Things should start to move pretty fast after that.

Also I had been out of town for two and a half weeks while my mom was in rehab as she tried to recover from Adult Onset Stills Disease. That is one ugly disease for anyone to have but is especially bad for an 80 year old women who just barely recovered from the initial flare up last summer. Sadly, shortly after I returned home she gave up the fight for the second flare up and passed away. I am so very glad that I was able to spend the time with her that I did. Now I will be gone this week from Tuesday through Saturday as we travel to Michigan for her memorial. Obviously the car is a much lower priority and gets worked on as I am able, hopefully it'll still make a few shows this season, though.

Wow, what a busy season it's been so far, lots-o-traveling. But there has been some time to work on the car and it has moved along quiet nicely. My apologies for not keeping up with the thread, even the pictures posted with this note are a bit behind the actual progress. I'm figuring about 40 hours give or take to wrap up and almost the entire month of July to do it with little interruption. For the Colorado guys, I'm hoping to unveil at the Southglenn Mopar Show August 9th but with any kind of luck I may actually be able to make the August 2nd Golden cruise.  :woo:

"usraptr" = United States raptor - bird of prey = United States Bald Eagle.  FYI, somebody else thought of it first so I had to drop the "O" in raptor.

Started it today, looks like a lot to do when you see it all on paper. Still think I can make it though.
