Thanks Tony!

I installed the springs and rear end last night.  I wasn't going to install the rear end until I had the brake hose brackets installed but I changed my mind.  It looks like shock clearance is going to be tight.  I thought it would be a good idea to install the rear now so I could measure how much clearance I actually have.  This picture is with the car suspended by the springs.  I have 11" from the axle center line to the wheel lip.  A 20" wheel should measure 21" from lip to lip so that means the top of the wheel will just disappear in the wheel well when the full weight of the assembled car is on the springs.  Right now the front spring bolt is in the lower hole.  I still have the option of moving the bolt to the upper hole which will lower the rear even more.  The rear height all depends on how low I can get the front.

Just playing around with the cheap paint program on the computer and dreaming that I can afford these wheels.  They are Coddington HR-01s.  I like it!

I ordered front brakes a couple weeks ago.  I got the DS mounted tonight.  I think these brakes will look decent.  The rotor centers need to be painted black though.  There's just too much zinc right now.  I might also paint the calipers the same color as the engine.  It will look good against the blue body but won't be too distracting.

Now I can measure for wheels.  Just a quick check shows a little more than 5.5" from the mounting face of the rotor to the outer tie rod end.  The drop spindles I have use a through bolt with a tapered head to attach the lower ball joints.  That makes you put the nut on the inside.  With the bolt in its current location, it hits the sway bar tabs on the lower control arms.  I need to hook up the tie rods/center link and run the steering box lock to lock to be sure but I think I'm going to have an issue.  At minimum, I'll need to trim off the bolt.  If it still hits, I might have to try and find a thinner nut.

Looking good. I need to double check my measurements but that is the exact brake setup front and back I am thinking.
