gran coupe 6 way seat?

can any of you gran coupe guys tell me if the e-body 6-way seat base is the same as a '69 b-body 6-way set base?

For what it's worth,

  Any E-Body base will be the same as a 71-72 B-Body base as far as six way seats go. Just not cosmetically correct(who cares?).

I have a 71 B-Body six way seat in my 70 Challenger.

AH HA. When I first got the car about 15 years ago it was mostly in parts. I knew next to nothing about Barracudas then. In the pile of parts was this funny looking seat base. The pile also had two front seats with bases on them so I thought it didn't belong to this car so I thru it out. Not until about 5 years later after much research and decoding the build sheet did I realize what it was. I did save the knobs though because I thought they were cool looking. Anyway, I saw a six way seat base from a '69 B body and thought I could use that one.

These are the instructions I used and it worked great. Don't do it without the braces under the floor. They are very important for safety.
