Buying music online?
« on: August 27, 2013 - 11:52:02 AM »
So I am wanting to buy some select songs for my collection and wondered where everyone completes this task?  Never tried . . . so I know there is Itunes, Amazon and others . . . which is cheaper, better, reliable . . .

Just want a few single songs from different artists . . . .  :dunno:

I do the same thing. Usually just buy individual songs. I just get mine from Amazon and I've never had a problem. Quick and easy but I don't think they are the cheapest.

 :iagree:

I use this to convert any song on Youtube to an MP3 that gets automatically added to my Itunes jukebox. Then when I sync my Ipod, it gets added there too.

:iagree: If I need to I'll use youtubedownloader then extract the audio file.

Most of the time though I just go to the local library and get the CDs for free.  Our local library is tied into a bunch of other libraries in the same network so you can search all the data bases.  I did that when I ran the Cub Scout Pinewood Derby one year.  Borrowed over 20 CDs and made a CD of all car songs to be played at the races.
1972 Dodge Challenger Rallye 340, AT, Code TB3=Super Blue, SBD=8/17/1971.  Yes, a Rallye without the fender louvers from the factory because of the body side molding option.

So how do you extract just the audio file as it appears I got the whole video as I tried to burn a disk with a couple new songs and all I got on the disk was 5 songs . . . .

I use Amazon. That way I can play the music on any device (even a thumb drive) without needing iTunes.
