St Louis MO Sept 6th Memories Car Club Show and Cruise
« on: September 02, 2013 - 05:18:40 PM »
Do any of the C-C members living in the greater St Louis area ever attend the Memories Car Club Show and Cruise held the first friday of the month from April thru October? It's held at the Faith Church parking facillity 13001 Gravois Rd, Sunset Hills, MO the first friday of the month starting at 4:00pm til ?? This coming friday, Sept 6th will be the show date for September. The show is open to all makes and models but there is always a nice Mopar contingent that stakes out the southwest corner of the parking area. I plan on going this friday to check it out. Thought it might be nice if some of the other C-C members were attending and we could get together. Here's the link if you are interested

Tom,

I'm there every Friday from April to October unless it rains, snows or I leave for the Power Tour. I'll be there early. There are only a couple of C-C.com members there, the rest don't know how to type. We have a big group of Mopars every showing. Left front Corner.

That's great Rob! Have you decided which ride you will be taking this friday? If it's the Pace Car it will make easy for me to home in on you to say "hi!"
Cheers!

If I get off early I try to get there at when the gates open at 4. If it is a good day, the place will be filled up with over 300 cars by 5, so try to get there early.
As soon as you come in the back entrance, go left and park in the corner or close to it. All of the Mopars try to park there.

Thanks Rob. Hey it was great getting out and finally meeting some of you C-C guys (Rob - Shelbydogg; Jeff - 71340RT; and Marc - Marc7071) and other Mopar enthusiasts. Hopefully the weather will be decent for the final show of the year on Oct 4th and I can hook up with you guys again.
Cheers!

It was a good turnout.
5 Challenger Convertibles were there. Huge Mopar turnout.

I went to a weekly car cruise in Phoenix, where my son lives, last year.
Big turnout but I only counted 4 Mopars in the whole group.
We are very lucky to have a huge Mopar group in this area.

I moved just outside the Pacific area, about 6 miles from 6 Flags.

The next, and final event for 2013 at this venue will be on Friday, Oct 4th. Mark your calendar and if the weather is nice come on out. The Mopar guys always seem to stake out the southwest corner of the parking area so they are pretty easy to find.

It was a great turnout and good to me you Tom. I will try and make it next month with one of my other Mopar cars if it works out with vacation days being a 2nd shift worker.
