This picture has a white out instead of a black out.
Must not be original.  I really like the white out look v21.

I want one... :crying:

 :iagree: :iagree: :iagree:
Been looking for one with a tag since I had my first cuda.
My first one was the blue one.
Not to be bias, but I really think the petty blue with the v21 is by far the best looking color with the option.
I really like the black against that color blue.  Very striking!

Over 30 years ago I bought a book: Consumers Guide; The Complete Book of PONY CARS....

In that book there is a colour picture of the TB3 blue factory promo car shown in some of the above pictures.....

Since that day on....I've wanted a blue one as well

My very first Cuda came around the same time as that book...It was a 72 Barracuda.....I painted it Hemi Orange, but my friends talked me out of doing the V21 hood treatment, nobody but me liked it at the time...

I still have the book (looking at it right now)...and the dream...

I'm surprised that you have not found one over 30 years.

Going back to your roots huh?  No 70 or 71's.

How long has it been since you sold your V21?

Mine wasn't an original V21 car, I just wanted to add that paint scheme, 'cause I thought it was cool....

After having a slew of other Cudas, 71's etc....never really went back to the 72-74's...I will one day.

All of my "restored" Cudas are on this page in order starting on the bottom http://www.alangallantautomotiverestoration.com/PAST-RESTORATIONS.html  I had about another 15 or so that weren't "restored"....

What a great option...I love the color keyed grill, all the colors really make it pop.

I can see adding this to my car, if I ever repaint it.

The linked post photos all appear to be ones I have filed away from the net and added to that post ;D

Cuda Hunter the Yellow ebay car neither shows a V21 or G36 code. Tag appeared full we'd need to see the build sheet.  Notice there's no EN2 shown on the tag, and the V21 would have been right after the R11. (Edit I was missing the word "no" and the last code at top right as EN2 indicates end of codes assembly line 2)
The painted grille is not a V21 thing but was coupled with the G36 painted mirror option, if the car was a Cuda in certain specified colors.

According to the tag it was a G37 Chrome mirror car.

If I'm not mistaken it's missing a 2nd data tag note the attached hemi Cuda tags, I believe the last code indicates the next tag....

This is what should be reflected on a V21 cars build sheet.

Interestingly enough the car that the example sheet I am using in this post is from showed an EN2 on the tag and no V21.

I've only seen a scan of the sheet from this car and would like to see the original build sheet. I lost track of this car, it's near identical to mine except it's TB3 and it's photo is in this thread already

Hey Cuda hunter... this car is actually a V21/G36 car so it had the colored keyed grille and mirrors from the factory. In person I can only recall seeing 2 of these besides mine... here is one of them and it's local

That is a good looking car for sure.
Really like both of them and the angles.

I can't seem to find more pics of this option.

:iagree: I like the way the blue and black compliment each other.
