I prefer the black interior as well.

This car was auctioned off in Michigan, I'm not sure what became of it (I do have it's tag info tough)
This shot helps shows the textured organisol paint used
And another example of original paint on a door top of an EV2 car

Would be interesting to see the road test of the 455 Trans Am and the 340 Barracuda.
1972 Dodge Challenger Rallye 340, AT, Code TB3=Super Blue, SBD=8/17/1971.  Yes, a Rallye without the fender louvers from the factory because of the body side molding option.

Just found some info, I think the Trans Am is a bit faster....  :(

1972    Pontiac Firebird Trans Am             455             3.42    300@4000        415@3200        5.4     13.90@104.6mph       C&D 1972

Wild guess is the 1972 340 Cuda is a 0-60mpg in like the 8 second range with a 1/4 mile about in the 16's... :dunno:

Would you believe I found this locally? It's a V21 and G36 coded car so the grille and dual color keyed mirrors, it's had a minor front end repair since the hood appears to be an early factory replacement black underside and factory PN visible.
