On ebay now, appears to be a V21 and a G36. The G36 seems a bit misplaced on the tag no?

It's between G15 and J54.   Looks to be in the right place to me.

I like the car.  What a different color!   Gold leaf Metallic.

Never been a fan of gold as i've had so many gold pontiacs.  But I would totally rock that.

I missed the auction  Have been hunting big horn sheep the past two months with no internet access.  No hot meals.  No time for anything other than sheep.
What was the outcome of the auction?  Did you save a link?

If you click on an ebay link after an auction closes now it redirects you to a new auction. I had it saved in my watched items and it appears to have been at the 16K opening bid, with zero bids.

Not surprising.
After all a paint scheme really doesn't help the value much on the 2-4's.
Most people are gonna change the color anyway.

I really like that color combo.  Looks really slick.

Price is high.  I'm sure it cost more than that to restore but it's hard to get 50K for a 2-4.

Beautiful car.  Really like that option.  Isn't the tach for a 2-4  a 7K tach?  8 K is for the 70-71.

Cool car for sure!

Early '72's had a 8K tach. My '72 Cuda was built in December of '71 and has the 8K tach (and a forged crank on the 340).

I don't find that surprising.  Seems every year they used parts that were still in the parts bin's.
Got any pics of your car posted anywhere?  maybe a thread about it?
