547 hemi oil pan
« on: September 19, 2013 - 10:17:30 PM »
This oil pan is for a 66-69 B body.  Has anyone installed this oil pan on an E body?  The sump looks deeper than the "401" pan that is "correct" for ebodies.  I like the idea of keeping the oil away from the crankshaft.
Does anyone have one, and if so can you measure from the pan gasket surface to the bottom of the sump.
thanks.
Phil

Roseville Automotive, in Roseville, Michigan, is selling one on Ebay.
Contact them, and they can measure it for you.

1999 Trans Am, LS1, heads, cam, headers, stall, etc! Love to surprise the rice rockets with this one. They seem so confident, then it's "what the heck just happened?"
