I find that very few vendors out there actually respond to an email. Why bother having an email address in your contact section if you are not going to bother responding?

I know I can pick up the phone, but don't give it as an option if you aren't going to use it. Just saying!

Well, hope its not us, As we are about 50/50 on email vs phone. email is better for the customer especially over sea's with langauge barriers.

maybe the forum needs a rule(s) in place as to how long it should take a vendor to reply, this is just common courtesy especially if you are a business, even if the vendor is busy they need to reply to keep the potential customer informed, that's just good business practice, if a vendor does not reply then maybe they need to be taken off of the forum, we can always buy parts from other vendors,

 Is this a forum sponsor? I don't recall having any problems with any of our vendor/sponsors.

Guess I just assumed Cdnchallenger was talking about the CC forum, but he could have been just bi***ing in general, but my comment still stands, regardless of if a vendor is our sponsor or is outside our domain, the customer is king, and if ANY vendor is not responsive, then just seek another vendor,
