Is that a Champion radiator you put in?  Did you paint it? It turns out that my stock 26" has a hole.  I bought a champion but don't like the aluminum look.

Awesome, thanks. I'm just not won over by a shiny radiator.  I have a couple cans of that radiator paint so looks like a project for tomorrow night.  How did you "clean" the fins just a Pre-paint spray?  Also, I've heard that the paint should be shot from the side so not to risk clogging the fins.  Did you do anything special?

I just scuffed up what I could then used used some prepsol and cleaned it off...I used two cans with light coats of the Eastwood radiator paint...I did the radiator in my 68 charger the same way...it looked great for the two years I owned it!

I used a scotchbrite on the polished areas and wiped it down with acetone. I did not treat the fins with anything and it seems to have stuck well. I kept a decent distance over the core and shot from every angle to get a good color change. I used engine primer and engine satin.

Engine is finally in...fenders and doors back on...having a hard time lining it up but getting there...headliner and rear seat are in...paid insurance for the 4th year and still haven't driven the car!  I sold my jeep and bought her a garage friend....needed something that was more fun to drive to tide me over until the challenger is on the road!

Very nice!  Did you change the tail light panel yet?   I see you changed the quarter panel side lights (cut and welded new sections???).
