Missing 70 hemi vert

I posted a few pics of my brothers 1970 Hemi cuda vert a while back. We still dont know for sure if its one of the missing ones. Its possible its the automatic thats on display in Ontario at a dealership but I dont know for sure because the guy I talked to was a bit of an ....... and had no intentions of any cooperation.
Upon reading numerous postings all over the net I see there are a lot of contradictions and confusion in regards to these missing cars so I have decided to let everybody know the actual facts I know about this car. Maybe someone can discover it on a farm someplace or maybe they can find it is one of the existing cars. Just let me know is all I ask.
The biggest confusion point about this car is the fact it spent a few years belonging to my brother (Boyko) in Prince Albert Saskatchewan along with another 70 hemicuda vert belonging to Maynard. Imagine the odds that 2 of these rare cars spent time in the same small city in Saskatchewan, they were never there together at the same time though. I found this point caused confusion because everybody thought they were the same car. Maynards car was a 4speed, my brothers was an automatic, no doubt about it. My brother bought his car in a private sale in Saskatoon, I dont know if it was the original owner. When he decided to sell the car he drove to a car dealer in Regina Sask.,unfortunatley he let the dealer test drive it without going with him and the guys came back with the engine knocking. He left the car there and went back to Prince Albert to decide what to do. He sold the car to a guy from Tisdale Saskatchewan who trailered the car from Regina to Tisdale, thats the last we heard of it. The only other thing I know is speculative and could be confussed with Maynards car, I dont know for sure but the guys name in Tisdale might be John Shultz or Sholtz or something like that.
The confusion caused by 2 of these cars living in the same place is a good reason this might be one of the missing ones that slipped through the cracks. Who knows, maybe the guy that bought it never got it plated or running again. Good luck to anyone who looks.

Are you looking for a car that you don't know the VIN of?  What do you mean by lost?  You lost track of it or it was stolen?

There was a thread either here, or on Moparts years ago on how many Hemi Cuda convertibles were accounted for.

My recollection was they were all accounted for.
I could be wrong but I don't believe any are missing.

I dont know the VIN of this car. I am under the impression that the whereabouts of one of the Canadian automatics is unknown. The earlier list shown is a list of of cars known to have come to Canada, the locations listed appear to be the cars original origin, not where they were when the list was written. The Port Alberni 4 speed on the list was sold at least twice before that list was posted. If you notice the list is missing information on one of the three that came to Canada. For those having spent time in Saskatchewan and think you might of seen it around years ago, it spent a few years going between Prince Albert and Arborfield Sask.

Those were the only 3 sold, I know the location of the 4speed and 1 of the 2 autos but dont know which one of the 2 autos is in Ontario, this leaves an automatic still unaccounted for unless someone knows who has it? Then the mystery would be over. Just speculation but my brother said that he thinks he was the second owner but cant say for sure, he bought it off someone in Saskatoon so you would think it would have been sold out of a dealership in Saskatoon or Regina not BC which would make it the first one on the list but who knows.

A lot of commentary (including my own) there on the subject. Things are just too vague to really get a handle on it.

The only '70 HemiCuda 'vert that is "lost" (at least to me) is the Canadian spec Limelight(?) car VIN 156924. Can't find pics or anything on it other than a few vague references to it being wrecked or scrapped back in the day. If anyone, Ola might know of this car and it's fate but he hasn't chimmed in on it that I'm aware of (but I wish he would). So, other than 156924, all of the "elite 18" are all accounted for as far as we know, but who really knows with a 100% certainty?
