Ok , I'm gonna try to do this right ? To flush mount your glass get the trim and glass out then clean up your pinch weld area then tape around the glass where it won't get scratched and get it centered in the window frame and see what kind of gap u have try to figure where u will have about 3/8's of gap with ur round stock and the glass ? DO NOT WELD ANYTHING WITH THE GLASS IN THE OPENING !!! Or u will be getting a new glass !!! After u get ur gap good around the glass u can weld it in to the top of the opening then do ur body work to get it slick make sure u don't add any filler to the inner part of the round stock or ur gap will b to tight. Then when u get ready to mount the glass they have a black glass primer up use just use sum fine line tape and make u a 3/4 or so of a perimeter around the glass where it will hide the windsheild urethane that u glue it in with . Make a pretty wide bead about 3/4 to 1 in. Ok on the molding u can got to a automotive glass store and they will have rolls of universal moldings get one that hooks on the edge of the glass that has about a 3/4 in. Outter cap on it and it will make round corners pretty good but like on the bottom it's got like a 90 degree corner on the glass u wil have to cut it on a 45 on the side piece and the bottom to make it look good and just super glue it together after u get a good fit ? Then on ur windsheild sealer use a good urethane and cut the tip off where it puts a big wide bead and cut a V in the top side of the tip wher it makes a triangle and make this bead about even with the body around the window . Then sit ur glass in with sum help on the inside of the car off use suction cups to hold the glass where u can control it !!!!! Then sit it in and take the palm of ur hand and lightly tap around the glass to press it in the sealer then put sum tape around it to hold pressure on it for 24 to 36 hours ? That's pretty much how it goes ? Any other questions please just ask and I'll try to answer them ?
