No just Superman.  Ohio (Cleveland specifically) was where Superman was created.  As part of the 75th year, they are offering the Superman plates.

Officially you can go through here:
https://www.oplates.com/PlateSpecial.aspx

But that will only allow you to generate legal plates that aren't in use.  However with a little URL manipulation you can make them say whatever you want.
The image of Blue72 is actually:
