Car was all set to leave last Friday but when they did an alignment which it needed badly they had some issues. So new control arms on the way.

Here's a crappy pic.
-Trim rings are off because alignment
-Dusty because country
-Rear lip spoiler still needs it's "Challenger R/T" decal
-Fenders still need their "Challenger R/T" emblems
-Rear tail lights and chrome trim is the original so they look pretty worn compared to the rest of the car. Not in a hurry to fork out the grand it would cost to change them for a set made in China.

Other than that it's good to go! They're pretty impressed with it firing up instantly every time. I was worried it wouldn't after they removed the engine.

You're the first one to mention anything about them lol!

The previous owner put them on I'm sure. He is an old trucker and perhaps military :dunno:
One on the driver's side is this:

Passenger side is this:

I plan on taking them off when I get the car home but I feel bad in a way about taking off the P.OW. M.I.A one...

"usraptr" = United States raptor - bird of prey = United States Bald Eagle.  FYI, somebody else thought of it first so I had to drop the "O" in raptor.

Ordered a set of these
Inner headlight splash shields for 1970-1974 Challenger, 1970 and 1972-1974 Barracuda models.

No idea how they mount :(

Also these Inner fender splash shields, 1970-1974 E-body, reproduction.

Anyone? :dunno:

Found this thread here that shows something similar
http://www.cuda-challenger.com/cc/index.php?topic=87327.0

I tried it and it doesn't seem right. No holes in the metal that line up with the plastic guard holes. And not too sure what this splash guard actually does....it's pressed right against solid metal
