There should be small holes there...The piece really needs to be "pushed" up in place with some pretty good effort

No holes other than one large one...maybe the repro fenders don't have them

So currently there is no clutch fan installed on the front of this engine. There's a slim fit electric fan piggy backed on the rad. This is fine for highway cruising but on a hot summer day in stop and go traffic the temp gauge climbs up there and I have to pull over and pop the hood. So this is really why I rarely drive it.

Thinking about installing a proper clutch cooling fan this year.

The engine is a 400B (4006530)
Could anyone here recommend what I need to pick up from Roseville Moparts?
