On the back of the machine where the main power plugs in, is there a black on/off rocker switch?
Flip it to the opposite position, press your main power button.
If no go, flip the switch back and try again.
Try this a few times.
Alternately, somtimes unplugging the main cord and plugging it back in does it to.
If it was plugged into a power bar, eliminate it temporarily to see if that is damaged.
Other than that it is likely the power supply in the pc.
