She's alive!
Started up the engine some days ago, got my tires yesterday so today i just had to (for the first time) drive her out from the garage.
Not really ready for crusing, have some mechanical / electrical "gremlins" to fix. That plus exhaust system, front end alignment, fill freon in the AC system and then back to the paint shop to fix some scratches.
Have some headache with the vinyl top, got some bubbles coming up. I usually use 3M:s vinyl top rattle can spray glue but for some reason its not available now. My body guy recommended some local brush-on glue which i used. So, either i messed up or the glue is not suitable for tops.
Tried the heat gun but the bubbles are back a few hours later. Will try the syringe method, punch a few air holes with a needle and then inject some glue and then carefully work the glue around under the top.
Anyone has a better idea, please let me know.
Anyway, its pretty close.
Took these pics, pulled out a chair and grabbed a cold beer.
